1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
✅ The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, shoebox, and accessories.
✅ The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Shoes that show signs of wear or damage.
❌ Items purchased as final sale or clearance.
❌ Gift cards or promotional items.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping details.
3️⃣ Pack & Ship – Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided.
4️⃣ Receive Your Refund – Once we inspect and approve the return, we will process your refund.


4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies unless the item is returned in poor condition.

5. How to Exchange an Item

We allow exchanges for a different size or style within 30 days of purchase.

To exchange an item:
