Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- International shipping options may be available in the future.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (if available)
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method and destination.
- The total shipping fee will be calculated at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- You can track your order on the carrier’s website for real-time delivery updates.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- We carefully inspect and package all orders before shipping.
- Customers must ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at west@fitrunshoe.shop within 12 hours of placing your order.
3. Delivery Issues & Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to us.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
4. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
- If the customer chooses not to have the order resent, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
